We collect only what we need to get back to you, and we look after it carefully.

What we collect

When you fill in the form we receive the type of request, your name, phone number and town, and, if you choose, an email address and a short description. You don't have to give these details, but without them we can't get back to you.

The description may include health details. Please share only what we need in order to help.

Why

Only to get back to you, understand how we can help, and match a volunteer or a partnership. We will not use your details for marketing, and we will never sell or pass them on.

Who sees your details

Only the team members handling your request. When we match a volunteer, we pass on only what they need, and only after you agree.

One technical service provider processes the information on our behalf only: Cloudflare, which hosts the site and stores the requests on servers in the European Union.

How long

We keep your details for as long as they are needed to handle your request and stay in touch, and for no more than a year, then delete them. A copy in the hosting provider's automatic backups is kept for up to 30 days after deletion, then removed.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising. Your “Display” preferences are stored only in your browser.

Your rights

Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, you can ask to see, correct or delete your details. Write to us at [email protected].
